How much time do you have to arrange your fishing trip or holiday?
How can you predict what conditions will be like when you arrive?
How can you fish if conditions are not good?
How much time do you have to find suitable accommodation?
How much time do you have to sort out the local permits you need?
How much time do you have to fish each year?
Our aim is to help you with positive answers!
Your fishing trip is very individual to you. We prefer small sized parties, usually of no more than four anglers at a time. The arrangements made on your behalf are tailor made to your wishes. Your instructions are then confirmed to you, in writing, before we proceed further.
Our philosophy is that fishing is an activity which can be enjoyed all year round.
We do our best to make sure this happens
With the origins of LLŷn Guides being in the hill lakes of North Wales, it is hardly surprising that we use them for your fishing enjoyment.
Brown Trout Trail. You can choose from a combination of eight lakes from our list, depending how much time you have. Boats are available on some.
At several of these locations we are able to help those who have a disability.
A flyer, outlining these opportunities, is available. (post@llynguides.co.uk)
Small Stream Selection. We have compiled a selection of small streams for those who prefer to take on the challenge of stalking brownies on smaller waters. Details can be provided in the form of a flyer for your perusal. (post@llynguides.co.uk)
Grayling. You may wish to enjoy a winter visit, fishing for grayling on the Welsh Dee (see offers)
Another Trail. As 2013 draws to a close our work on another “Trail” progresses and, when it is ready, you will find details of this in our News section.
Scotland .For the wanderlust, which inhabits most of us, there remains the excitement of a visit north of the border for salmon or brown trout in the wilderness.
When these opportunities arise you will find details in our News section.
Sea Fishing. We are delighted to make the necessary arrangements for you. We use the Haf Aled III out of Pwllheli. Your trip can be customised. ( See Business links)
